The Idea
AIssembly is a web platform that powers an in-person AI training business targeting non-tech professionals (accountants, estate agents, HR managers, marketers, small business owners). Users discover profession-specific, city-specific workshops via targeted ads, land on the platform, browse upcoming sessions, and book a seat. The platform also supports corporate package inquiries, facilitator management for the Train-the-Trainer model, and post-workshop resource delivery (prompt libraries). It's the operational backbone that turns a single workshop into a scalable, multi-city training franchise.
Who It's For
Non-tech professionals aged 30-55 (accountants, estate agents, HR managers, marketers, small business owners) in tier-1 and tier-2 cities who know AI matters but don't know where to start.
What's Built
The prototype is a public-facing booking site + admin dashboard. Ruthlessly scoped:
- Public site: Landing page (profession/city targeted), workshop catalog with filters, individual workshop detail page, attendee signup/booking with Stripe checkout, post-booking confirmation & resource page
- Auth: Attendee accounts (sign up, login, logout), admin accounts (seeded)
- Admin dashboard: Create/edit/delete workshops, view attendee lists per workshop, manage curriculum resources (upload prompt library PDFs), view basic revenue metrics
- Corporate inquiry: Simple form that captures company name, team size, profession, and preferred dates — stored in DB and visible to admin
Out of scope for MVP: Train-the-Trainer licensing portal, facilitator accounts, automated email sequences, multi-currency, real payment processing (use Stripe test mode only).
