Pieceful is a simplified equity management platform purpose-built for non-tech small businesses — restaurants, agencies, fitness studios, law firms — to create, issue, track, and manage equity stakes without needing a $5k startup lawyer. Owners answer plain-English questions about their business, and the platform auto-generates a compliant equity plan, cap table, vesting schedules, and buyback workflows tailored to their industry. Think "Carta for Main Street."
